New Class for Men! Starting in January a Saturday morning beginner Yogadevotion series, for men only, will be held in the Lakeside room of Hosanna Lutheran Church in Forest Lake. This 45 min class will meet at 8:0o am . The gentle stretching poses are what many athletes use as part of their athletic preparation. It also improves focus, concentration, and is a great stress-reliever. No previous experience is necessary, basic yoga will be taught by experienced Yogadevotion instructor.
